That we got there earlier then we thought and they had a room

It said it was 30 min from Cheyenne wyoming and it wasn't. the refrigerator froze our fruit and cold cuts 4 a total of$60.00. They didn't clean our bedroom 4 2 days and didn't change our sheets until i stripped the sheets off they gave us a ripped wash cloth there was brown stuff on the bathroom wall and bedroom wall the dresser had water damage at the bottom.the bed was the worst bed i have ever slept on the whole place needs to b remodeled.the light bulb blew we left a day early and they didn't give us our money back o.k i understand that but with all that went wrong and what we loss they could have givibg us back something.

Asked for a non smoking room....room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and some yellowing on the walls.....had to put towel on floor at the back side of shower because the water would leak out and on the the floor....no breakfast in morning....

The man who checked me in was very helpful, and very pleasant.

I know that this didn't actually affect the comfort of the room, but I thought the parking lot was badly in need of resurfacing, and the appearance turned me off somewhat.

The rooms had comfortable mattresses, but the air conditioning was outdated.

While the facility offered basic amenities, the overall condition fell short of expectations, especially for a franchise with higher standards. The proximity to local events was good, despite the drawbacks.

The in-room coffee was surprisingly good, better than most places I've stayed. Consider bringing your own breakfast if you're picky about food.

The nearby dining options were a delight, especially the local cafe serving delicious breakfast dishes.

Loved the hiking and fishing options nearby. The free Wi-Fi helped us unwind with our iPad.

I stayed in the Beautiful King Suite for 3 nights. The room was comfy with clean linens. Easy access to the highway, a big plus.

The hotel is close to great hiking locations. Check-in was quick, but the mattress felt worn out. Parking is limited, so plan ahead.

I had a really nice stay. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, which is a must for me. The cold breakfast sack provided was surprisingly generous, too. I'd definitely choose this place again for a quick stop.

Great value with friendly vibes!

I was blown away by how clean and comfy the room was! Check-in was super easy and they even let us in early. The free breakfast is kinda unique-they give you a bag with fruit and yogurt to take to your room. Only hiccup was the thin walls, heard a bit from the next door. Good overall though!
